At the top of the User Menu are the programmable User name and the menu name. Below

that is a list of valid commands, text, and status. Invalid commands are ignored.

Only the Change Username command ('Y') appears until a Username is entered.

'A'-'D', '1'-'2' Toggle Port Permissions

Grant or deny access to the corresponding port for the selected User. When the USR4204 is

configured for the Alternate Main Menu, these Toggle Power Port Permission commands

affect all three alternate power commands.

Batch Mode Commands: BnA=, BnB=, BnC=, BnD=, Bn1=, Bn2= (n=User number)

Valid values: 1=yes, 0=no

'Y' Change Username

This command navigates to the Change Username screen. The username may be up to 16

displayable characters in length, but may not be blank. Usernames are case-sensitive.

Batch Mode Commands: Un= (n=User number)

Valid range: up to 16 displayable characters (zero characters nulls the name and disables

the User)

'Z' Change Password

Use this Change Password command to enter the password on the Change Password screen.

The password may be up to 13 displayable characters in length. Passwords are case-

sensitive.

A User account password is optional. If no password is entered, the User can hit

the enter key to skip the password prompt in the Login Screen.

Batch Mode Commands: Pn= (n=User number)

Valid range: up to 13 displayable characters (zero characters nulls the password)

'W' Deny All Permissions

Deny the selected User access to all ports with this command.

Batch Mode Command: None

'S' Grant All Permissions

Grant the selected User access to all ports with this command.

Batch Mode Command: None
