The Connections



CD-ROM includes the

U.S. Robotics Modem Update Wizard. This

software is designed to quickly update your

modem to the latest code.

NOTE: You can also obtain this

software from our BBS (847-982-5092) or

from our World Wide Web page

(http://www.3Com.com/56k).

NOTE: Complete the instructions in

the “Software Installation” chapter

(starting on page 47) before installing the

Modem Update Wizard.

NOTE: The following instructions

apply to Windows 3.x and Windows 95

users. However, only Windows 95 screens

are shown.

Installing the Wizard

1. Insert the Connections CD into your

CD-ROM drive.

2. Click Start and point to Programs.

3. Point to U.S. Robotics Connections.

4. Click Connections.
